Julia Sallabank
Reader in Language Policy and Revitalisation at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. Her main research interests are endangered language documentation and revitalisation; sociolinguistics/sociology of language; language policy and planning. She is the author of Attitudes to Endangered Languages: Identities and Policies (Cambridge University Press, 2013). With Peter Austin, she has co-edited Endangered Languages: Beliefs and Ideologies in Documentation and Revitalization (British Academy/Oxford University Press, 2014) and the Cambridge Handbook of Endangered Languages (Cambridge University Press, 2011).
